The Blue Dot Research and Development program engages in original research, field work, personal, and community development. The Research and Development program allows for continuing education as community builders, explorers and adventure scientists. Our learning model is experiential and grounded in real work. Therefore, team members must initiate and immerse themselves in their own experiential learning to stay at the frontiers of field work and human development.
